Deep Fried Squid

Ingredients:

  • 500g squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Coat squid rings in the seasoned flour.
  3. Heat oil in your deep fryer to 190°C.
  4. Fry squid for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
