Fried Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cold soda water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, soda water, egg, and salt to make a light batter.
  2. Heat oil in your deep fryer to 180°C.
  3. Dip prawns in batter and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
