Ingredients:
- 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cold soda water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix flour, soda water, egg, and salt to make a light batter.
- Heat oil in your deep fryer to 180°C.
- Dip prawns in batter and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
